Professional Experience

Ms. YAN joined KingSound & Partners in 2008, focusing on patent agency, patent litigation, and consulting services. She has extensive experience in drafting patent application documents (including domestic patent applications, PCT applications, and overseas applications), responding to official notifications, patent re-examination, patent invalidation, patent infringement litigation, and third-party opinions/public opinions. She has provided services such as patent application, re-examination, invalidation, and infringement analysis to numerous domestic and international chemical, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical companies, and research institutions.

From 2016 to 2020, she served as a training lecturer for the patent agency industry's faculty pool in the capital. She is currently the manager of the Chem&Bio Department of the firm, responsible for the arrangement, management, and advancement of the department's work.
